Less than -2%. Cry me a river. Guess you weren't one of the many a few years back who went several years in a row without a raise with inflation on the rise. Maybe you don't remember that's why people started calling for a $15 minimum wage. I guess only YOUR headlines about wages, spending power and inflation matter, because NOW it's politically expedient for you, as opposed to when it was Republicans in charge.

But I’d live with 30% inflation if it meant the same thing. I’ll just earn more money and cancel it out.
If we hit 30% inflation not only will homes be devalued overnight but money would be worthless. How good are you at physical labor? Now THAT would be valuable.
Lighten up Francis, we are at 6.8%, nowhere near 30% and even a worst case scenario wouldn't have us hitting 30% for years.
Yeah, I bet you were saying we wouldn't hit 6.8% 'for years' when we were at 2.4% last spring either.

What credible economist is forecasting anything even remotely close to 30% anytime in the forseeable future?
Check the OP who brought up 30% in the first place.

You know we were way higher than that. Biden's been reallll quiet.
Mexico has inflation! Must be Biden's fault!
Nah what's Biden's fault is our inflation is always 1.5-2x what theirs is. Wait til his team tries to quietly release an 8%+ inflation rate for December like it was nothing.
Doubtful. Gas prices were one of the big drivers and those have come down.
