Maybe it’s a Halloween decoration, OP. If not, I would assume it’s someone who doesn’t like democracy.

Hmm. My first reaction was this post is simply designed to stir the pot.

I can and have been friends with people whose voting choices differ from mine. I've even let them drive my kids places without incident.

"A different view"? That's cute.

Pedophiles have "a different view" about some things. Would that matter?

Lt Gov candidate is AA. AA is in the POC category so I would not be concerned. https://winsomesears.com/

Tell us how do you feel, and then we will see if that needs correcting.

So comparing a criminal to someone w a different political pov...got it...

Just trying to explore moral/ethical boundaries of “different view”. That is one extreme. Where is your line on amoral “views”?

What if that “different view” supports The Big Lie?

An opinion or "view" is simply that. Smart/interesting people have dumb opinions all the time. I ignore and move on. Then...when those same smart/interesting people have options I don't think are dumb, I engage. A bad or poor opinion on a topic is not worth writing someone off completely, from my perspective.

It's the whole sticks and stones theory...

So there are no views/opinions that would dissuade you from associating with a neighbor?

Someone who believes…white supremacy?

Someone who believes…Trump won 202?

Thank you! Why beat around the bush?

God forbid two people have differing points of view on politics and actually live peacefully next to each other...heck, maybe even get together and discuss why each of you look at things differently over a glass of wine?? Maybe both of you would actually learn a thing or two and be better people for it.
