when SYA was by themselves. CYA has always been a shit organization. Only good for rec.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I’ll say it- you all suck. All of u11
This sounds like a problem with the new youth director, as this was at one time a strength of the club.
Strength of a 3 year old club. Tell me more! I'm not arguing against the previous complaints, I'm more curious about when it was supposedly good.

“Coach” Dylan hahaha ever since they removed him from a director role he ain’t been tha same
The man who CYA chose to run it's program into the ground. The amazing thing is that SYA was willing to work with him. The merger was such unserious business, small people protecting their little fiefdoms.
You mean fast and overly aggressive with no technical training doesn't work in the long run? Color me shocked.

Do other clubs do this? I really don't understand why a soccer club hosts a golf tournament, a turkey trot, and has a gala? Do these things generate money?
Yes, they are trying to make money. They also have a terrible money grab rec soccer tournament specifically planned to funnel money from CYA and Loudoun rec soccer parents to Valor admin pockets.
