Last I checked the new development in Oakton is of similar housing types but far lesser units but that doesn't help your argument does it?

I'd much rather have my child crossing 286 than turning on to 50 to drive on I66. Or, having to go on windy, hilly roads to cross onto Jermantown Rd. and cross Blake Lane.
