Not til tryouts. And yes, there is usually anywhere from 1-5 girls turning over. This year, Cap 28 blue moved 3 girls down and added two girls from outside and moved on Cap Orange up, and Cap Orange Cut 4 girls from the team and added two girls from outside of program.
So they don’t develop players, they just swap them out. No wonder so many DMV girls are going elsewhere lately.

Anonymous wrote:The 27’s never caught up either. In fact, they don’t even play Hero’s Green because they are in the higher brackets. The recruiting is truly a mystery. Mid level talent at best.

1-1. Came back strong against Hero’s to close the gap a bit. Played well for first time playing together. Areas to improve of course, but solid first showing.
How did SW White do against Hero’s?
Fake news. Cap blue got smoked twice. I think both defeats were by 7-8 goals, and SW completely retooled their team too, so the “new team” cope is hilarious.
Lol is this true??? The dream team got throttled? Hahahhaha
It is. Talked to a mom from heros green and she didn’t know scores but said both were double digits against and count on one hand for. Rough day for cap blue.
It was 12-5 vs Heros, def got throttled
SW is retooled however it was closer. Maybe 4 point loss.
I’m sure there is Capital uncertainty after that “play day”
Ooof rough start. Do they have a tough fall tourney draw?
Tough competition at Continental (1A or 1B bracket, both are equally tough) and then a lesser bracket at Mid Atlantic

Cap Blue 2026: 9th grade #11, last year #11
Cap Blue 2027: 9th grade #15, last year #21
So the teams either stayed the same or got worse. The 2028s finished #24 last year in a relatively weak class and there is zero chance that team, as currently constructed, is going to move into top 15.
So this is the guy who likes to say that DC region class of 2028s is a "weak class". (Beware 2029 fans, he appears to be coming for you now). Peppered the threads with this line for years.
Now, apparently, the entire national recruiting class of 2028s is a "relatively weak class". Just nonsense. In addition to being unprovable and unknown to this poster or anyone else yet, there are plenty of anecdotal reasons to disagree, nationally (at the BICs, and Juinors Open circuit) and locally. Just stop.
