Honestly besides the windows (which were average) the quality looked really good. Also the homes look amazing on the inside after all the decoration and the backyard with toll landscapes turns out so nice.

it was weird they decided not to put it on the website at all. also the front and side areas of that lot (1) are parks.

yes it was sold, we decided to let go of it and bought another lot. the premium was 135 as far as i can recall. it was way to close to the power lines and we were not going to risk it. it sold 2 or 3 weeks before lot 6.

This is too funny! Posters first said the homes wouldn't sell for construction, yet the community is sold out. Now you're saying the quality is lacking?

Well, as someone who's lived in Mt. Prospect for over two years, I can say the quality is pretty damn great. Much better than my two previous homes that were both built well before 2008. We love this house and the community. So do our neighbors. Best example of this -- one resident in a Hamlet loves it here and decided to upsize to a Windmill. A true repeat buyer which speaks volumes about the satisfaction people have in their homes and the community.

I think the 186 families that bought homes in Mt. Prospect would disagree with your all your proselytization.

Seriously, do you think they hire trolls?? 🤣 The community sold out within 3 years when they projected 10. I think the naysayers are just bitter. As for the lot by lot updates, it’s folks in the community keeping everyone updated based on what we hear.
