I’d be interested in seeing a link to the actual article from Xinhua that supposedly makes these statements. Nothing on their website. I guess this is an article only Fox News was privy to?

It's amazing and encouraging we haven't had deaths in New York despite the high positive numbers and it was where it first broke out on the east coast. Most deaths are still attributed to one nursing home in Seattle.
