Deceased and her partner were intentionally blocking the road? Deceased partner was taunting the cops?
Are these premises correct?

Yes - correct.

I supported ICE prior to this and I view the death as unfortunate by justified. The posters claiming we should fear ICE because of this incident are spreading misinformation. I would never be killed by ICE, because I would never attempt to interfere with their operations like this woman did.
ICE agents are law enforcement officers, not nazis or some kind of gestapo as some on this thread have called them. Every other country and party in the world enforces its immigration laws. Democrats seem to be the only party/people in the world who believe that immigration enforcement is illegitimate.

Disagree. She was taunting him and aiming right at him.
Do you seriously think taunting (which by the way was coming from her partner, not her) justifies deadly use of force???
You might be a psychopath.

The disrespect the wife showed the agents and the victim’s refusal to follow orders may have led him to believe that the victim was trying to kill him when she stuck him with her vehicle. I don’t think she was trying to kill him, but she did hit him while driving away, and a reasonable officer could have feared for his life in the situation. This wasn’t some innocent mom, as posters are trying to portray her as. She and her wife were agitators who stalked, obstructed and then committed violence against federal agents.
+1. Also, wasn't this new video from his body cam, rather than a cell phone? So he wasn't holding the recording device in his hand.
No, it's from his cell phone, which was dropped as he went for his gun.

Explain this to me like I’m five, please. How can you keep filming and shoot your gun while being hit by a car?
You cannot. It's an absurd take. He walked toward her vehicle to get off the shot.
Or walking around to assist the other agents by her door

There’s no evidence she stalked or obstructed anyone. And refusal to follow orders does not justify deadly force.
She obstructed the agents by parking her car in the middle of the road, aiming to disrupt a federal law enforcement operation.
The wife admitted to the officers that they follow the agents around. That’s stalking.
They were very unpleasant individuals who believed they had the right to disrupt law enforcement operations.
They were stopped to the side of the road when ice pulled up and did the same. The road was not blocked. The passenger had gotten out of the vehicle and was filming, legal.
