Not true. Perhaps that is the perception but if you actually do the math, it’s not true. It’s a huge issue for the club, not just at this age group.
So what is your logic? The entire team should get selected?
Look, it was stated that ARL has had the
most invites. I said that statement isn’t true. At every camp there have been clubs with more players than ARL. It holds true again for the upcoming camp.
I never said the entire team should be selected. Rag on ARL all you want, but math is math.
Most kids that have been in total over time.
Also, not true. But ARL total attendees over time is a higher count than a number of clubs. So this statement is closer to the truth.
Tracking 7 for Arlington and 6 for VDA for 2011.
ARL 2011 are ECNL MA champions three years in a row and VDA have not even been close. Overall ranking and outside of ECNL track record reflect the same. There is no reason for the two teams to have near same USYNT ID invites if those are based on talent and performance.

I wonder how many of the Arlington 2011s have been playing together since u9. VDA is different since two clubs come together so the team level of play vs individual could be incongruent.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Exactly, at this point ARL 2011 likely have the highest number of players that have been invited to the ID camps ...one more and i think thats half the team

I think the VDA number is closer to 11.

wanted to say something witty back but the mid Atlantic GA and ECNL spanked this area outside of Arl. So maybe thoseAnonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Invites out. Information embargoed .
Not actually embargoed because at least one FVU kid has posted their invitation. Looking forward to seeing the rest! I assume Richmond kids who got passed over last time will get the invitations too. Unfortunately the invites are being watered down — not just with this added on session but also the first session with so many GA kids. If the point is to take the top kids from every club, fine. But the top kids at some clubs wouldn’t make the bottom or middle of other clubs.
So it's watered down because of GA kids? Someone hit the eggnog a little early. Let's be real, those GA girls that were selected can walk onto your ECNL team and your coach will welcome them with open arms.

And did they get invited again?
