General rule of thumb as a consumer, avoid the one option everyone seems to have had a bad experience with.
Absolutely. Avoid valor if your kid is truly into soccer. I think it is a good club for kids wanting a little more than rec league but less of a real travel team experience.

Are you still with the team? The 2013G's now have one of the best young coaches in the area.
A little too late imo. Those girls have been coachless for 3 years and now finally getting a good coach isn’t enough for them. Look at their record. They are struggling.
As for contacting the league director I know a parent (they forwarded it to me) emailed a very very lengthy email to Paul and the girls director last year and they didn’t even have the pulse to respond. They ended up leaving the club after lasts years problematic behavior with the coach/club.
They honestly do not care. The writing it on the wall we can all see it. We have already reached out to some other clubs so we can get our kid out there for tryouts in the spring. Valor is a dumpster fire!!!
Also we let pe know about issues with cs and nothing was done about that either.

Anonymous wrote:Going to just say it. Its time for Paul Ellis to step down and get someone who gives a damn. Hold your coaches accountable when 80% of the parents complain.

I’m considering withdrawing my kid. Awful, just awful all around. Pitiful.
