A high school only girls lacrosse club out of N. Va servicing the DC area/Va. It’s the next logical step for many of the BLC girls since the BLC program ends after 8th grade. The club has typically had great success in recruiting.

Yes. A lot of chatter on Capital....but they get it done every year. Their reputation matters with college coaches.

The other piece about capital reputation and similar clubs is when those athletes get to college they excel in the classroom and are dedicated to the lax program! That history with prior athletes through the pipeline of capital holds a lot of weight because coaches know the “product” they’re getting. So thank all those players that have went ahead in years past for representing and conducting themselves at a high level on and off the turf.

Not sure why you added "MDU West" when the original post just said MDU. At least 1 is on East and her mom now helps coach East.

Good point. MDU and M&D are in a class of their own.

BLC, Heros Green, Coppermine and Skywalkers sit in the next tier. Anyone of these teams can beat each other on any given day.

What happened in BLC Jesters game? BLC had a nice path to playoffs but got rolled by a Jesters team that has struggled all fall?
