I don’t think she was trying to kill him, but she did hit him while driving away, and a reasonable officer could have feared for his life in the situation. This wasn’t some innocent mom, as posters are trying to portray her as. She and her wife were agitators who stalked, obstructed and then committed violence against federal agents.
There’s no evidence she stalked or obstructed anyone. And refusal to follow orders does not justify deadly force.

The video does not prove Ross was struck by a car. It shows a cell phone drops to the ground. That’s consistent with videos from another angle, showing that Ross crossed in front of the car, pulled out his gun and dropped his cell phone.
The video does not prove that the car struck Ross.
The video does prove that Ross circled the victims car and essentially strolled in front of her car, walking in the middle of the street
The video showed he was in as much danger from goods car, as I am, a teacher who walks in between cars at carpool duty every single day. By the way, I don’t do it with my cell phone in my hand.

My guess is all the people here haven't actually watched it; they're just saying it's justified because Vance and Trump claim the video say it's justified. horrible horrible judgment on their part. Makes Ross look worse
Keep telling yourself that. Every single person that sees this sees the truth. She tried to kill him.
Anyway it doesn't matter. There is no world where a dyke beats a straight white male LEO. None. Deal with it.
Can you point out where she tried to kill him? Aside, that talking point died out 75 pages ago. I think we're onto "he feared for his life" for some reason.
We are there because that is the legal standard for when the use of lethal force is justified. When a reasonable person under the circumstances would be in fear for his life.
There is no reasonable person who would fear for their life with respect to a car pulling out to the right.
His family has come out in his defense claiming he is a “committed Christian”, which pretty much confirms he is an unstable nutjob with a criminal mindset.
True Christians don’t need to tell the world they are Christians, they show it by their actions. And Thou.Shall.Not.Kill.
You just exposed yourself as NOT a Christian.
The commandment is: “Though Shall Not Murder.” Very different.
You are wrong PP. if it were broadly “kill” (it’s not), then none of us could ever serve in the military, public safety, etc.

Why did the driver start driving when her wife was trying to get in the car?
I’m pretty sure the driver couldn’t see anything on the right side of her car. She was basically being attacked through the window by one of the ice agents she was trying to get away from him.
The agent to the left should be charged with accessory to murder.

Yes, we're all glad that this video came out. It definitively shows that Jonathan Ross is unstable and moved toward the vehicle ready to shoot.
He seemed pretty chill, the two women going nuts and disregarding police orders are the wacky ones. Definitely something wrong with them
Cool as a cucumber, got off three shots and still called her a f$cking bi!ch
Military training she was a b, hit him and tried to kill him. Most people would be more upset
