Yes, but the 2014s have a few technically strong kids who train a lot outside of the club as do most kids.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Before the DB debacle round deux, people suggested that team is staying with McLean. FVU sounds like a complete disaster with the continued risk of losing their badge. That said, I’m not sure why you would switch over there at this point vs letting the next few years play out. My hunch is FVU takes a few players from Valor and the rest are a mostly crew of kids from other clubs. And Yes, this team will not be competitive in ECNL for a variety of reasons. The only thing that may change all of this is a really strong coach, which seems unlikely given all of the recent antics.Anonymous wrote:Now that DB is gone from FVU and CW is very close to retiring — will the MYS 2014 girls come over like the 2013s did? My guess is “no”… which means FVU 2014 will be REALLY weak!
Valor Dad is back!
Valor kids are so poorly trained and not technical, I honestly can't think of any girls who came from Valor on any FVU team.

How feasible is it to coach college and club at the same time? I would assume college comes first, so would that be a hinderance to the kids?Anonymous wrote:Check the updated coaching slate for spring on the FVU website. Strong coaching has been added.
