The video proves that the ICE agent was struck by the victim’s vehicle. IMO, his actions were lawful. The disrespect the wife showed the agents and the victim’s refusal to follow orders may have led him to believe that the victim was trying to kill him when she stuck him with her vehicle. I don’t think she was trying to kill him, but she did hit him while driving away, and a reasonable officer could have feared for his life in the situation. This wasn’t some innocent mom, as posters are trying to portray her as. She and her wife were agitators who stalked, obstructed and then committed violence against federal agents.

I’m pretty sure the driver couldn’t see anything on the right side of her car. She was basically being attacked through the window by one of the ice agents she was trying to get away from him.

It was clear the order was given to get out of the car and she drove off and running over the agent is contrary to her being compliant

She didn’t run over the agent, and the penalty for ignoring a law enforcement officer is not death. It doesn’t matter if she broke the law. She did not deserve to be executed.
