No way they'd all want professional drama without there being any 'there' there. Their depositions will in all likelihood demonstrate consistency re: the SH claims. It's not just Blake, and not just Jenny.
The deposition excerpts have been released and this is not the case at all. Do you even read the documents? For that matter, follow the arguments being made on this thread?
«In court documents, obtained by TMZ, text messages sent by one of the film's stars, Jenny Slate, show she didn't want to do anything with Justin or his "truly unprofessional" business partner Jamey Heath back in 2023 -- the year the film began production.
Slate wrote, "This has really been a disturbing shoot, and I'm one of many who feel this way, and Blake and I have both complained directly to Ange [production executive Andrea Giannetti] at Sony (and they agree w us btw). Justin is truly a false ally and I'm unwilling to do anything that promotes the image that he's crafting as a 'male feminist' ... like ... honestly I have no words to describe what a fraud he is."
She continued ... "I honestly have never ever encountered anything like this dude. He's the biggest clown and the most intense narcissist."
Later in a deposition, Slate is quoted as saying, "Justin and Jamey freak me out." According to the deposition transcript, Slate was concerned about how much "crap" Lively had to take from Justin and Jamey, and accused the two men of telling "weird lies."
Additionally, an email sent from "It Ends With Us" author Colleen Hoover to Sony on July 14, 2024, shows that she was reluctant to show up at the premiere.
She wrote, "Am I going to be comfortable if Justin is there? No, things are beyond uncomfortable at this point."
Actress Isabela Ferrer was asked in a deposition about filming an intimate scene involving two teenagers, after which she says Baldoni commented on it being "hot" ... Ferrer said "It didn't feel appropriate in a work environment," and didn't feel like a note about her acting, saying it was out of place and "personal."
Are there any actresses backing up Boldoni on this production? Sure doesn't sound like it.
Aren't these the three core actresses in the cast, and all refused to do promotion with him?
Yea because their Queen Bee leader decreed it be so. Even Sony blamed Blake for this. Blake was working on this from preproduction on. And boy does Slate grovel at her feet. Her cross will really be something if she testifies at all.
Slate is on the record, during production and promotion, independent of Blake. He told a 20-something her sex scene was "hot"? Gross, gross, gross.
Ferrer also had an issue with Baldoni taking the young Atlas actor aside and telling him he hopes he gets to know Isabel better and winking. She felt it was a sexual comment. I don't know that it's so bad on its own but then you combine that with him asking if they've been practicing the sex scene because it was hot, and she was quite upset by that.
She was also upset about Baldoni wanting her to look cookie dough off a spoon suggestively. That one I think sounds overblown, but there really must be something about Baldoni that really is a turn off IRL because comments like this and the "sexy" comment get such reactions when they are not THAT bad on paper, so it's interesting how he will play to a jury. The consensus against him seems to be near unanimous.
Keep up, the cookie dough lick came directly from the book.
Which I said was overblown. But Ferrer read the book 3 times, and was still offended by that, so it must be Baldoni, not the content. He must have some kind of anti-charisma which turns women off.
In the book the cookie dough lick was off of a spoon. Baldoni wanted Isabelle to instead suck it off of her costars finger - to put his finger in her mouth and suck the cookie dough off his finger. This was not in the script. Neither was the undressing or the simulated penetration that he wanted. Young Lily was supposed to be aged 15/16 and a virgin in the book - these scenes he wanted went far beyond the book and the script.
The IC said a lot of the stuff he was asking for in the scene was not typical positions and stuff for a girl losing her virginity. He's weird and pornsick.
Let’s see your cite as you tend to distort everything. Exact quote please.
It is funny how Blake’s supporters here are just like her in that respect.
That's funny that you would post complaining Blake supporters didn't reply quickly enough, THREE MINUTES after a request for a cite.
Here's the IC's depo. https://storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.uscourts.nysd.634304/gov.uscourts.nysd.634304.1230.14.pdf
She begins talking about Ferrer's scenes on page 36. She begins talking about how Baldoni's visions for the positions was unusual for a loss of virginity on page 38. I know I'll just get some snarky remark back, but there's the citation.

And on this forum, these aren’t teen girls, these are middle aged and menopausal Swifties. Insane.

They are very emblematic of the no culture monoculture in popular music, tv and movies. The bleak runoff of social media and ‘looks’ (Blake’s plastic tits and weave, Ryan’s Cyclops look post facelift, Taylor’s everything) making people pay attention to garbage.
Nothing any of them have ever made will endure. They’re rich. They each should’ve just enjoyed that instead of each showing their whole ass to the public.

To each his own, because that's exactly how I'd describe the Baldoni side. I know there's like two other people here who agree with me so woo.
It’s nice of you to express the same dumb thoughts you always have in fewer paragraphs. You’re still a moron.

He's going to produce under a name his fan can't even get right? Shows how unknown and irrelevant they are.
I love how you pearl clutchers are like he sexually harassed a woman?!?! He won’t survive in Hollywood! If there is one industry that will not stand for treating women bad it’s Hollywood. I’m sure no white male executives who still run Hollywood ever want to work with this studio again!
Give me a freaking break. Wayfarer has $1 billion backer of course they’re going to continue to pump out movies.
Blake will be the one who suffers from this. Apparently isabel too as she was just starting out and she has gained no more Instagram followers, and has no more movies in the works which is kind of sad that she got caught up in this. Blake won’t do much acting again and somehow we will survive without her movies, and Ryan will probably do fine. I doubt it was worth bringing this lawsuit, but whatever it’s their money.
I agree Hollywood doesn't really care about bad behavior but they need a distributor and this has been a massive headache for SONY. And neither Justin or Jamey are good at their jobs. Some actors aren't going to want to work with them. I think Wayfarer will be able to make movies but nothing big.
Dont forget lawsuits with 4 different insurance companies. But it's all Blake's fault!
Huh? Insurers are always trying to wriggle out of these things. Nothing to do with the validity of Blake’s claims.
They filled out paperwork saying they weren’t aware of any HR related issues after the 17 point list. Their chances of getting covers in the future are slim.
No one cares about insurance coverage litigation.
There is a specific discussion about the viability of Wayfarer moving forward. Or are we only allowed to rant about how Blake and Ryan will never work again?
It has zero to do with viability of the company considering the billionaire backing it. I’d worry more about the financial impact on Lively.
It doesn’t matter. They still need insurance. Actors are not going to sign on to an uninsured studio.

Well, to be fair I’m anti-Blake and think she is unhinged throughout this whole thing but was always a Swifty. Definitely rethinking that now just because swift just seems so petty. I actually believed her when she put out that statement that was like I’m busy doing the biggest tour ever don’t have time for this BS. But it turns out she was scheming right there with them so definitely makes me lose respect.
Not even so much that she’s a mean girl cause I get it’s a brutal industry and that doesn’t really surprise me, just surprised that she got caught up in this pettiness.

Worth reading.
Reminiscent of trying to write a USA Jobs resume lol.
Here’s the 50 ways in which I, Blake Lively, controlled every aspect of this film since pre-production. It destroys her case.
Cackling in the key of ScarJo, actual film director and box office megastar.
