The question is why did Crabs not help more in this situation... You need to remember that Crabs up in Baltimore own VLC.
The prior VLC directors and King Crab had no interest in Cavs. Zippo. It was Cavs who were pushing hard and I guess got the ear of King Crab, who very much likes $$$. The only reason VLC was even associated with Crabs in the first place was to get into the big tourneys. Otherwise, Crabs has almost nothing to do with VLC (except they require uniforms and registeration are done through them). They had nothing to do with coaches, fields, etc. That was all VLC coaches and parent volunteers. To think Crabs would all of sudden be more hands on shows how little research Cavs did.
