If the child was top priority to the Banfields one would think they would want her to stay with the maternal family, out of the murder house and away from seeing photos of her father and trusted au pair next to the bed her mommy used to sleep in before she was viscously ripped away from her out the blue. Regardless of who did it. You know, to not traumatize even more than she has already been…

Police have said they have reason to believe it was not Christine who set up the account, but someone else in the home.

He is alienating her from them. Do you understand that?? He won’t even let her see the former au pair, who is very close to the daughter and CB. They were both in her wedding, communicating at least weekly even after she moved to FL. she flew to VA to be with the child/BB as soon as she heard about Christine.

from what was said here before by JR's friends and family, he didn't know CB. He met this couple through the website. And if CB had been having an extrajudicial affair, her house would probably be the last place to bring her lover.

I think that is likely to be beyond the young ESL au pair. BB is more likely to have been the mastermind. AP does not seem to be too fussed about the disparity in their current circumstances, the ones he engineered. She may not be the brightest.

There’s a pretty obvious answer to that that no one in this thread wants to acknowledge.

There are a lot of details that are known because of evidence. And there are a lot of details that are speculation. What you are suggesting is speculation. What is known is that BB and AP were having a sexual relationship at least several months prior to the murder. And they went to a shooting range and bought a gun prior to the murder. And they also both dumped their old phones and got new ones just before the murder.

Why was CB unclothed? Maybe she was expecting Joe. Maybe she was duped into expecting BB. Maybe she was forced to disrobe by someone. Maybe it was coincidence. Maybe the authorities know and evidence will be presented. It’s just speculation, unlike what we do know about the length of the affair, gun purchase, and phone dump.

And why didn't BB want to cooperate with police right after the crime? There are many gaps in his behavior that are suspicious.
