This is actually true. Based on the number of people who graduate from mediocre-terrible, bottom of the barrel undergrad, then mediocre-terrible, bottom of the barrel law schools, if they can pass, Kim K. would be a TOP student, and would most certainly pass.

But then it would be public record when she failed the bar over and over and over. Presumably the same reason why Jared Kushner and Tiffany Trump never sat for the bar.
