Honest to god, one mom had swim capris? and a long sleeve rash guard at ours. It reminded me of those modesty suits the Duggars wear.
You know women who wear those often have a high risk of skin cancer. That is why they are wearing them.
Wear what you want OP. You liking the suit is what matters. Just make sure to properly apply sunscreen. You may be showing skin that has not seen the sun in awhile.

I don’t give a **F** what judgmental people I don’t know or speak to say about me behind my back at the pool, even if we grant the unlikely possibility they are actually doing that at all when they most likely aren’t. The moms I see at the pool are playing with their kids. Keeping them from drowning. Sitting on a chair and relaxing. They don’t care what swimsuit I’m wearing. They’re either not thinking about anyone’s swimsuit at all or they’re worried about how they look in theirs.
I wear bikinis that suit my body and that I like. I wear them for a) me and b) at a far second place, my own husband. Nobody at the cOmMuNiTy pOoL gets to decide for me what I am comfortable wearing. I fully understand they almost certainly don’t care and if they do, they can enjoy worrying about it cause I’m doing my own thing and not concerned with what they think.
Wear the swimsuit you want to wear and feel good in. Period.

I think it's fine unless your backside is really large.
Skinny women can get away with a lot. Curvier women can seem a little more desperate for attention in a skimpier suit.
It hardly seems scandalous but community pools are so ultra conservative that I'd be surprised if people didn't talk.
I'm assuming you care about that since you asked so I might look for a little more coverage in the back

OP, I don't like the suit you posted, but not because it shows too much skin. There is something about the bow that makes me think of a toddler swimsuit But, if you like it, wear it!
