+1
Honest to god, one mom had swim capris? and a long sleeve rash guard at ours. It reminded me of those modesty suits the Duggars wear.

What’s obvious?
NP: fat, old, and frumpy.

yup. you dont realize till you leave how judgmental and conservative it is- to the point of stifling.
Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:I would think it's inappropriate for a family pool. Like a PP said, just kids, dads and moms there. And in none of those cases is it appropriate for you to walk around in front of them with your butt hanging out of your suit.
Why? What if it were a resort with kids or a beach with kids? How will it affect young minds to some minor butt cheek? Come on.
You aren't at a resort laying in a lounge chair while the waiter brings you another margarita. You are with people you see at school functions, sports games, etc. all year. I don't think these suits are "inappropriate", but, most women aren't wearing these at local community pools whether they have a hot body or not. Is the suit going to stay in place while you run after a kid or have to dig through your cooler to find a drink?[/quote]
LMAO, that’s not exactly an active endeavor. How out of shape are you?
I'm not out of shape. I don't want my girl scouts (and their mom and dad's) looking at my ass all summer.

To the Euro and Miami posters do the men wear speedos? What about at the community pool? I’m tired of seeing those baggy long board shorts they look so uncomfortable for splashing in the pool. I would love to suggest some shorter fitted swim trunks for DH.
