Yes DD can still try out. Figure out who the age-group coach is (look on ASA website) and contact them to see if DD can join a practice session. Also my guess is that there will be more ID sessions even if Arlington sticks with GA instead of ECNL. If Arlington gets ECNL there will definitely be more ID sessions.
