Yes, the next ambassador to France will be a KG alum.
Keep smoking.
You sound like such a miserable, sad sack of merde. Why shouldn't KG students have high aspirations? There are quite a few diplomats who grew up in this area.
Stop smelling your own merde.
KG kids are in French Immersion b/c their parents want them to be in French Immersion.
Big deal.
Quel connard. Did your Walmart run out of "my kid beat up your honor student" bumper stickers?

Plenty of usefulness with being bilingual. French itself is useless though here in the states and in commerce.
Try Japanese, Korean, Chinese, Russian, Farsi, Spanish, etc. before French gets any consideration.
Chinese and Spanish may be more useful. French is certainly a better language for an American student to study than the others. I could see studying Arabic, but no Farsi.
What makes french better, or even useful at all?
French is used by many international organizations as a second official language.
And which international organization are the kids at Kent Gardens interfacing with?
Who knows? When they are adults they may choose to work for the OECD, UN, ICC or a host of others. French will make them more marketable for those jobs. Think outside your McLean bubble.
Also, knowing a second language makes it much easier to learn a third.
