This isn’t surprising at all, politically or legally. Trump’s big fat mouth invited this lawsuit in the first place, and he screwed up in the deposition so badly that he thought a photo of E. Jean was a photo of Marla Maples, totally falsifying his claim that he’d never touch her because she wasn’t his type. He’d be a horror show on the stand.

Yes, the stories that have been shared with me - one stranger rape and one with people the girl considered friends - both said they were silent, in shock and disbelief.
Reading some of the comments made by men and rape apologists over the years on here I think many men take silence to be consent or at least acquiescence. Not that I think screaming would stop them; someone willing to rape is willing to rape regardless.
