Celtics has teams all over -- some in Baltimore, AA and Harford counties. They don't really have a central practice location like some of the other clubs.

I have seen on social media that Celtic Girls mostly train out of CCBC Catonsville

Celtic and MD United practice in Anne Arundel County.

So is Celtic closer to MD United than Bethesda is?

Hard to imagine that both Celtic gets the ECNL call. B-More does not need two ECNL programs, especially so close to MUFC. Pipeline is best positioned given its strength across age groups.

The promise of league exposure will draw talent. If the brand has credibility then Celtic will attract players.

There are lots of garbage boys ECNL teams out there that the league is patient with.

Also, I think that Celtic boys are playing in ECNL already.

I'm not up to date on my MD politics. How does that relate to SAC, Pipeline, and Baltimore Armour?

Because if Celtic is getting All In status then perhaps Pipeline is not.

It is pretty on topic to post the current rumor.

From the website (and this is for boys and girls, which the boys program is well established):

"Developmental Academy Tryouts
There will be no scheduled tryouts for any of the Baltimore Armour Academy teams. Instead, all Baltimore Armour Academy teams will hold Open Training Sessions for interested players. All Open Training Sessions will be posted to the right within the Talent ID Schedule sidebar."

When can we expect the official announcement?

Hearing rumors SAC will continue to run the Armour girls DA and pipeline will no longer be involved in that.
