Natalie Maines (dixie chicks): way shorter than expected, polite, reserved.
Tucker Carlson (does he count?): friendly enough, self-important in interpersonal interactions at social events.
Al Gore: very, very reserved. Polite. Carries a genuine (justified?) sadness about him.
Katy Perry: childlike (Not necessarily in a bad way, but like running on the beach spinning around and falling down laughing—not drunk). This was during the Russell Brand marriage. He was with her. He was more low-key and seemed exhausted.
Condoleeza Rice: polite, reserved, nondescript.
Nora O’Donnell: totally glammed out with rhinestone sweatshirt...at somber occasion. Beautiful, but it was a little odd.
John Malkovich: Exactly as you’d expect. Even with his kids at a rainforest cafe of all random places.
Tiger Woods: cold, standoffish.
Drew Barrymore: seemed very unsettled and even angry to be amongst regular people.
Diane Keaton: totally down-to-earth, no make-up, just doing her thing at her kids’ school. Socialized easily with us other parents. (My LA days).
Jay DeMarcus (rascal flatts): good ol’ boy, fun-loving, youth-group-kid who randomly got famous kind of vibe.
Kenny Chesney: a little odd. Hard to explain. Hard to read.
Mary Louise Parker: normal acting, except her skin is the most amazing skin i’ve ever seen in my life, so i found it hard not to stare awkwardly when we talked briefly. Such perfect skin.
Barbara Eden (99 from the original Get Smart): super, super nice. Loves to support up-and-coming opera singers. Humble. Amazing.
Pete Davidson: quite shy in person.
Neil Patrick Harris: seriously the most normal celebrity dude I’ve ever encountered.
I’m waiting for the poster to ask how you’ve met so many white celebs and so few non-white celebs

I live very near Nicklas Backstrom and Troy Brouwer (until he was traded), so i know both casually. I've also met several other Caps over the years, at events and running errands around Arlington. Every single one of them has beens nice, friendly and down-to-earth. Just regular guys, who like talking about their pets and kids.
Before Ovechkin moved to his big house in McLean, he had a fairly modest house in a local neighborhood. One of my kids went trick or treating there once, and said that Ovechkin gave them full-sized candy bars and seemed really amused by their costumes.
Yes. We’ve run into TJ Oshie and Ovie several time around McLean. They’re both really nice. Waiting to run into Strasburg.

Turns out he's a real pussycat. Used to carry her groceries in from the garage. Helped her start her grill. Sent her flowers on her birthday. I finally met him and he is very warm and sweet in person. He also has two cute teen sons on whom he dotes.

Anonymous wrote:PP here, it was very random w my friends and Dave Matthews. He had a tour bus, and she was kind of hanging outside of it, when he stuck his head out, pointed at her, and gestured if she wanted to come in, so she did. It was very quick and she was back out. Typical 20 something sex I guess. She didn’t have to sign anything, and just said it was kind of fast and a flurry and she doesn’t remember much. Not a big deal

(my inlaw's are assholes, if you didn't pick up on that)
Clintons. (not Clinton's)
