If this happens the 06 team will continue their success and the 04 team will become a top contender in the 04 age group, however, all age groups will benefit because he will bring in the correct training structure. Just a piece of advice to the VDA families, relax, rumors are just rumors so we will see, VDA administration is smart and will release the news when they are ready and we are all ready to receive the news. He is a great trainer so if you do get him you will be happy, don't listen to all the rumors those come from those who's kids just didn't make the cut or don't know what hard work is (Just like at any of the clubs).

Because I've seen them. There is just not a lot of meat left on the bone. Jose Mourinho couldn't get 10 wins out of that roster.

Adding more pieces isn't "training" it is admitting that what was said regarding the current pieces is correct, they do not have the talent. They can only get better by adding talent.

They have a lot of talent, however I do agree they could use a couple more players to round out the top 11.

And for rising U17, when kids are entering the year that they can finally talk with college coaches and have an established role on their team you think kids are going to leave that situation to join a new team?
