He wasn't criticizing Biden or his comments. He was talking about how harshly his comments will be judged in the current climate of the Democratic party.

When Tucker runs for office we can have the discussion about the false equavilance as above. In the meantime crickets on the left criticism of the congressional resolution not calling out a member, like last month.
