May be a practice issue? The team only practices a few times before the summer season, and not at all - as a club - during the winter and spring seasons.
Not sure what the other DMV teams do, but many of the Northeast teams practice all year round.
Lol. Vlc staff reads dcum! They just scheduled more practices! Parent who asked for more practices, news flash - your kid either has it or he doesn’t. Blaming the amount of practices, amount of playing time, or assailing coaches won’t change anything.
With 32 players on this summer’s roster, you could say lots of flocking going on, while some players do get shuffled to play in DMV games (recent 3 losses w 1 tie) while still remaining on Cap roster.Anonymous wrote:+1
Might want to add Madlax 24'
2019-2021 are done completely or not taking new players so not much flicking going on...Anonymous wrote:Kids in the DMV are flocking to the super teams:

2020 Next Level
2021 DCE
2023 Mad Dogs

Many teams competing at the elite tournaments are all-star teams that draw from a vast area, meet up a week before summer tourneys, players literally meeting each other for the first time. Despite this they dominate at the tourneys because they have a huge amount of individual talent. If what you want is solely college recruitment this is the model that seems to work. If you want player development, team chemistry, camaraderie and bonding with your teammate and coaches, true club teams are the best option.

By the way way, Madlax practices only a few times leading up to summer, and BW never practices!
What’s wrong with more practices? It can’t hurt. Even if your son is an all star it will help the team dynamic right?

Not a coaching issue. Dico is as good as it gets.
