Eat a lot less - 1-2 protein shakes a day. Lots of raw green and red veggies. Berries only for fruit (and then only 1/4 cup and in am). Small (mostly green) dinner. Wine only 2-3 days a week and red only. Mostly tequila with lime juice and seltzer water (lots of lime).
I also take a pill called Ketogen along with a Lipase Concentrate (from Integrative Therapeutics) to help burn fat. Helps me curb my appetite while my stomach continues to shrink.

we're talking american skinny, not russian skinny here
What is Russian skinny? Skinnier than the rich women here?
I lived there for six years. Russian skinny is MUCH skinnier than American skinny: long, graceful bodies that are naturally quite thin, but the ones who marry oligarchs and minor business men diet to become even slimmer, and they take plastic surgery to a whole new level: the Botox is meant to be strong and visible, and they like their giant filled lips as big as possible, to the point that looked cartoonish to us. My dh once picked up ds at the international school and then announced that the oligarch wives who were waiting for their kids all looked like they were wearing those huge wax lips we used to get as kids around Halloween. Those women's bodies look great forever, but their faces age at a shocking rate, probably due to the fact that smoking is almost universal among them and they drink a lot. However, you also see a lot of normal (ie, poor) Russian women walking around the city, and many of them have enviable slim bodies (natural, but also enhanced by smoking). Of course there are plenty of fat Russian women too, but there does seem to be that naturally thin body type that is more common there. Russian men in general become chubby and drink a LOT, which is why they die so much sooner than Russian women, and also why Russian women who want to marry a man who isn't quite so much of an alcoholic as the drunk who smacked her mother around need to remain hot to compete over the relatively few good marriage prospects available.
Forget being a hot mom; I want to be an oligarch wife!!

What strikes me is that everyone in the comments oohing and aahing what a great figure she has. Rare commenters who gently suggest she has an ED get bashed fiercely.
I admit I check on her every once in a while to see if she is still pay...
That's a great figure? She looks like a scrawny child got breast augmentation. Shudder.

But also, rich people have money and time to make healthier life choices. Easier access to high quality and healthy food, time to exercise.
And finally, it's the peer group. If it's normed to be thin, you're more likely to have some motivation to stay thin. Even your social opportunities surrounding food will be normed to have options to make healthy choices to stay thin. Your friends might socialize through exercise. It just becomes part of the lifestyle.
They are the minority, and by naturally thin, what that actually means is naturally have a small appetite and a very low threshold for feeling full and satisfied. Everyone else that is thin has to make a conscious choice to eat less and not eat exactly what they want.
I'm naturally thin and this is true. I'll add that it comes in waves often with my cycle - so some days I'll binge on several slices of pizza and some nights like last night I'll just have a cup of yogurt for dinner. And I have nervous energy that keeps me moving and active throughout the day... I don't keep still very well.

The cross over between rich and thin is self-control, determination, and motivation. These women know that certain actions equal certain outcomes, and they are willing to be uncomfortable (hungry all the time) to make that outcome a reality because it's important to how they perceive themselves and how the world perceives them.
These women sound kind of like drags. Does anyone hang with them? Are they fun at all, ever? I can't imagine living such a controlled existence, doesn't appeal to me at all.

And, another vote for cocaine. I asked a rich friend in college how she stayed so thin, and that was her answer. She also exercised constantly and starved herself.
