I think Tinsley wants to become a married version of what Sonja likes to think she is - a rich lady who lunches, works out, is on a few boards, etc. I noticed last night that neither Sonja's toaster oven nor clothing line ever came to fruition. Oh, and Tinz wants to call her mom 4 times a day. I envision her mom sitting around a pool, dog and iced tea at her side, wearing a caftan and large hat, taking calls all day from the Tinz.

No idea what Carole does all day. I thought she and Adam were writing a cookbook together.

YES WE CAN! She was even still slurring when she stumbled out of the hotel in the morning. Bethenny did a great job talking to Dorinda on the plane. And the fact that Dorinda decided she needs therapy ON HER OWN was a HUGE step. I've always loved Dry Dorinda - she's smart and funny and passionate. Drunk Dorinda is super sloppy and I hate that.

Me, too. Bethenny showed a lot of restraint. I also really think that Dorinda might need some help. She has a predictable pattern of drinking too much, being mean, slurring her words, pointing fingers and then storming off.

I don't think John is good for her, but he has been around a fairly long time so he is clearly meeting some need for her.

Bethany impressed me in this episode - she was very fair to Dorinda - curious to see where this goes. I also think she looks great lately - whatever she is doing - it is working.....

Bethenny was amazing to Dorinda and very compassionate about the situation. If Dorinda goes after her in the media and at the reunion for Bethenny calling her a drunk, she is just a Grade A jerk. Because Dorinda, you are absolutely a drunk. And now what are you going to do about it.

Jill Zarin was wealthy too. I don't think Bethenny is bitter at all about Ramona's money. And btw, Ramona is new money - she grew up lower middle class. I think Bethenny is having fun playing with her money (in terms of buying real estate and flipping, etc.).

I don't know NYC real estate but how much would something like what Dorinda have cost? Its so much smaller than Jill/Ramonas/Bethenny/Carols apartments so maybe its within the range of LuAnn? Why doesn't she get something like that?

Ramona was probably the only one who had real money on season 1 and Bethenny is so bitter about that she can't get over it. I feel like Bethenny is making all the new money mistakes one makes and its cringeworthy.

Her main goal should be to get a real job. Not a housewives gig. But a real job like Bethenny and Ramona, and even Heather Thompson. LuAnn, you're not Tinsley with endless family money. Either budget smaller or get a real job.

Basically the only thing I liked about the trashy NJ Housewife sisters who were on for one season was that they kept it real with their desk jobs.

I think LuAnn solely married Tom because of finances. She really has nothing. I think she needs a mate with a furnished apartment badly. Its like her main goal and she makes it no secret.

Eh, the producers probably encouraged it. Better to have her living in the city with Sonja than staying out in the Hamptons.
