Is he a coach who teaches or a teacher who coaches? This is the hardest part of their coach teacher mentor model.

Have a look at Landon's board of trustees and consider the most influential coach is also a lead administrator who has been there for over 40 years. Maybe Neill was brought in to be more progressive than the Armstrong legacy, and we'll see if that is the case over time. Armstrong was an 800 grand a year yes man at the behest of the club that runs the school.
