What if you never got married?
Sex feels so much better with someone who you care about. Don't listen to this person.

Ended up in the hospital for pain and I was so scared that after first lying to the nurse, then I told her that I had had sex that weekend. My dad was a doctor at that hospital and read my chart. Shit hit the roof. I ended up with an unnecessary appendectomy (I still believe it as done to save face in the small town) done by my dad's surgeon friend. Oh and the sheet that stated I had sex in my chart had been ripped out by my dad.
Small town, tight knit minority, conservative community. I was the black sheep for a long long time.

I had wanted to with two prior guys (one at 18, one at 25) but they both balked when they found out I was a virgin.
Frankly, I really wish it had happened w/ the guy when I was 18. By the time I got to my thirties I felt like a total loser and really embarassed to admit that I was a virgin. Which is stupid of course, but the truth.
Wow, I'm also the same age (and female) and am worried about exactly this happening. How on earth do you bring it up with someone? I'm not religious, not a prude, and not secretly a lesbian. Sex just hasn't happened for me for a variety of reasons, and as the years go by, it's harder and harder to do something about it.
I'm a PP who lost it at 30. Why are the guys freaked out about the fact that you are a virgin? My now DH, then BF, had no problems with it and felt really happy by the fact that I had given it him.
I wouldn't sleep with a 30 year old virgin or date one or marry one. It seems to indicate a very low libido or asexuality. I like sex. I don't want to be with someone who has so little interest in sex that they waited until mid-20s to early 30s to have sex.
