Living in new york renting. Total waste
I second renting in New York. It's a huge waste. Everyone is drinking the koolaid and thinks that it's normal to make 300k a year and only be able to afford a one bedroom apartment that's a million dollars and comes either monthly maintenance of a thousand plus. In reality most people are renting and spending all of their money on going out.

Same. Did nothing for our kid.
$12K down the drain.
How do you know it didn't do anything? Not arguing, just curious.
