The pictures speak for themselves.
As do the polls showing younger Americans strongly oppose Israeli policy.

Soon only aging Baby Boomers will put up with the US allowing foreign policy and aid to be dictated by Israeli interests. Of course, even some of them will get fed up the more Netanyahu tells the US to shut up, but keep sending Israel money and missiles.

Killing thousands of innocent civilians is unacceptable and Israel will play a heavy price for its actions. It is not the USA, so whatever the USA did in or to Iraq will not change the inevitable, complete isolation of Israel that is so appropriately starting to happen.
I would like to see the breakdown of the innocents to the militants. In addition, what percentage of the innocents were killed because Hamas used there location to launch from?

Israel would be a disgusting country regardless of the religion of its leaders, because it disregards international law more than any other country and murders civilians.
The narcissism of those who want to suggest that our major concern right now should be to nip a resurgence of anti-Semitism is the bud have their priorities very misplaced. Save the dying kids in Gaza first.
If 6 million of your people were systematically exterminated you would want to nip discrimination (in this case anti-semitism) in the bud too!
We share the same sentiment. However, as a member of an ethnic group whose members have historically been disenfranchised and persecuted simply because of skin color, I cringe when I hear or see discrimination of ANY ethnic group, nor will I be cajoled by anyone in 'choosing' sides.Anonymous wrote:Anonymous wrote:Gladly. It is immoral and incredibly irresponsible and it is the government of Israel that will have to ultimately bear responsibility for any backlash worldwide.
This is what makes America great. The right to voice and be heard....as long as you keep your hands and anything else to yourself.
My assessment is that there's acute and increasing criticism of Israeli policy. I think many people have been unwilling to criticize Israel in the past for fear of being labelled anti-Semitic. I think for many people those days are over. Personally, I have not seen an increase in anti-Semitism around me, but maybe that's the company I keep. You mention that verbal anti-Semitism has increased in this area. Could you tell me what you've heard or offer a few examples?
I am the PP. Thanks for your reply. I understand your discomfort and agree that refusing treatment by a Jewish physician is disgusting. I guess I can only speak for myself. I am absolutely critical of Israeli policy without harboring ill-feelings toward Judaism or Jews. Likewise I harbor no ill-feelings toward Muslims because of the actions of Hamas or ISIS.

Why have no other Arab countries spoken out against Israel during this entire war? Because they know that Hamas is a terrorist organization and that the Palestinan people all support Hamas, whose sole mission is the destruction of Israel and the death of every Jew. The IDF should not stop destroying the entire Gaza territory.
