I once saw a guy, probably homeless, poop right in a busy square/park in downtown DC. He had toilet paper and bag, so then he wiped, picked up the poop and put it into the bag. So that last part was considerate, but he was in the open with many people within feet/yards. At least find an alley?

A bit down the road, I noticed he was back and had caught back up with that group of traffic. We were moving along and the next thing, he darted from the left lane to the middle lane to go around a car, darted from the middle to the right lane, and then darted from the right lane to go all the way across to the left lane. He didn't make it, though. He clipped the back of a truck. His bike laid down and went skidding, the guy flew through the air like he was doing aerial cartwheels, and his body slammed into the cement retaining wall.

It was fcking horrific. I had to get therapy afterwards because I just kept seeing it replay over and over in my head. It was years before I didn't have a panic attack when driving behind or beside of a motorcycle rider.
The silver lining to this is, there is a critical shortage of organ donors. I think about that whenever I see those idiot bikers weaving in and out, or passing me like I'm standing still when I'm doing well over 90 mph.

This sounds petty, but I saw a dead male mallard in the road once. A female was sitting on the curb when I came home and work and was still there in the morning. Broke my heart, and I wish I could forget about it.

He also would watch me from a window when I was home alone. Really creepy dude.

Holy shit! I would have had the cops on him immediately.

There was a video of a man angrily punching his dog in the surf. It disturbed me that someone could feel entitled to horrifically abuse an innocent animal just because they owned it.

A shooting/murder as a child. My mother and I ran from the scene and I was never allowed to speak of it.

I was on a walk when I came upon a mallard duck missing half of its body. It had been attacked by something. You could see its heart beating in the gaping chest cavity. It looked at me like it was pleading for me to take it out of its misery.

The photographer died by suicide only months after taking that photo.

My estranged BIL has a mugshot and was arrested recently for sharing child porn. I alway knew he was messed up. My DH hasn’t spoken to him in 11 years. It haunts me because he looks so much like my DH. It sickens me that we have the same last name.
