I think more kids are opting out so keep that in mind when trying to “glean” acceptances from these pages. Some really impressive ones aren’t even showing up on our school’s page. Anyone else noticing that trend?
DD attends an all girls school in the area. She and her friend were discussing how some girls were afraid of sabotage if they posted their ED acceptance. I acknowledge all high schools are full of drama and the girls are really competitive with one another, but the fact they were discussing it (even if it was based in rumor) is crazy.

HAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHAHA. Takes breath. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA.
In what world does a private high school not want to tell everyone the super amazing important schools they got into? That was the whole point of even going to afore mentioned private high school.
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA
Aren't these student-run accounts?
Obviously the school will want to brag.
But "I'm not really on social media" is definitely a flex for some of these kids.
I'm a public school parent, so correct me if I'm wrong!![]()

DCI is still a relatively new school
Happy for DCI but man Walls is impressive
Seriously. Two dartmouths and two princetons posted so far. Plus a JHU.
And a Dartmouth for DCI now.

No…none. None of them have been accepted to college.
NCS traditionally does not begin posting on the IG site until after EA round. So in February or so.
So none of their students apply ED? That's got to be depressing for the students and their families to see all these other schools lap them.

So far, 3 Columbia, 3 UChicago, 2 Princeton, 2 Dartmouth, and 2 Duke (one hasn’t posted yet).
I expect several more T10/15 postings once the rest of the Ivy+ release early decisions later this week.
Sounds like Walls. Except it’s not free.
Lol—so far, Walls is sending 2 to Dartmouth and 2 to Princeton (one is QB). That sounds like Sidwell’s T10/T15 numbers to you?
Well, like you said, at least Walls is free…
Btw, if public school parents can celebrate their students’ success in this thread, private school parents should be allowed to do the same (in peace), without responses that reek of class/wealth envy.

Every year it’s a mix.
I know of some who haven’t posted (yet?) but others who are super excited and can’t wait to post.
