Good luck! And respectfully, no, 1 sitting doesn't matter. Why would it? Schools don't know if kids get their scores in one sitting or superscored after six.
Schools do know, since Common App asks for test dates. I don't think it matters that much, but one sitting might help at the margins. My kids added a note that his 36 ACT was in his one and only sitting.
