The band and the jets -- their attendance is not voluntary. That's what was referred to before.
The military personnel attending to watch -- they were not included if they didn't meet some Hegseth imposed weight and other requirements. Google it. It was news.

I am watching it and I see Military members who are not white cheering, clapping, dancing, singing, etc.

Severe thunderstorms will be capable of producing damaging wind gusts, large hail, and isolated tornadoes. Weather spotters are encouraged to relay any severe storm impacts to the National Weather Service in Sterling, Virginia.
look at the radar...there is a huge derecho type front coming through in about an hour or two.
