Stop. The APs have been in flux for years. None of the APs in 2024 are the same from 5 years prior.
I believe one AP has been there for over 25 years.
He retired around three years ago. Was there for decades under Mr Hall and the previous principal.
So new principal and 2 new AP — how long have remaining APs been there? Seems like quite a shake up

Dr. Sanders was at Wakefield for decades. I heard that the staff were surprised when she wasn’t selected as the principal. She wasn’t at WL for that long. If I was demoted, I would look for a position in another school system. She is close to retirement, so I understand why she is staying in APS.
Decades? She got her PHd at Walden University. Has anyone been impressed by her?

That bolster the concern of they can’t retain staff.
Most people don’t want to remain an AP forever. Getting middle school or elementary school experience increases your skill set and likelihood of getting a principal job considering there are only three comprehensive high schools in the district.
As I said above, losing Dr. Sanders is no great loss, but APs staying at a school for only a couple years is not ideal.
