Judge Xinis has granted a 1-week stay of discovery, agreed by both parties.
Something happened with that in camera filing yesterday. My guess is DOJ has agreed to return him immediately in order to avoid discovery. It's not true that courts are powerless. They have a variety of powerful tools, one of which is discovery.

Not positive but I think it’s Abrego Garcia’s lawyer, who definitely accompanied Van Hollen on the visit.
