This is the same as spending 28 million on golf outings for the orange one. Make it make sense.

+1 She's not planning to take a commercial flight according to news reports. She and her kid are flying a military jet to tag along with Michael Waltz the NSA guy. Oh yeah, and there are dog sled races in Alaska and Canada. SHe doesn't need to drag her kid into a diplomatic incident, given that the Prime Minister had said he doesn't want them in country.
