Yes, Trump got a wake up call he cannot bring peace to Ukraine.
Really, this war is great for the west. Russian birth rate is bottoming out; they are killing thousands of their males a month; they have a war based economy which is never good for any country.
I could totally see Trump flipping a switch and being like, sure - give Ukraine 300 F35s….we have the F47 and don’t need them. Throw in 500 m1a1 and 1m artillery rounds.
And do it next week.
That seems more realistic than peace in the next year.

Trump is so weak.
Yes. Being a Putin fan boy looks pathetic. But I think Trump is starting to realize that. The positive energy is with Macron and the new Pope, who will be meeting with Zelensky in the next couple of days. Europe is being pretty solid with its support of Ukraine and moving on from its dependency on the US. There's a lot going on. And Republicans are completely on the wrong side of things. Trump isn't an idiot politically. And so far, he's allowed the Biden era weapons support to continue - with the exception of Kursk, when he and Musk blinded Ukraine. But that put the US in a weak position ultimately and no one trusts the US anymore. That was very costly for the US when they actively helped Russia. That didn't go well for Trump. And Putin obviously has no interest in peace. I think Trump is starting to develop some personal enmity with Putin - like with Netanyahu. Which is good.

REPORTER: Will you be asking China to help you close the gap between Ukraine and Russia?
TRUMP: I think so. If we weren't involved, Russia would be going at it to maybe get the whole thing, and without our involvement, they'd be able to get it. Because we supplied a lot different things. Foolishly.
Uh, if Russia could have taken all of Ukraine, it would have done so already.
This slow pace, whether initially intentional or not, is really the best move now. A slow grind is basically the last thing NATO is made to fight. It's exposing all the fault lines on the cheap.
You make no sense. Every day Russia loses about 1,500-2,000 troops and oil is projected to go to $40. Though glad to know how much you hate NATO.
If there was any truth to those numbers sure, but it's all made up. This is the disinfo bubble keeping the conflict going and which made Vance look the fool. You think you're being slick but you're doing more to end NATO then I ever could.
Man are u even n American?
Let me guess, you think NATO was founded in 1776 by George Washington himself. Isolationism has always been the cornerstone of American foreign policy.
