It says the memo does not supersede existing CBA!

So BU are off the hook? This is just going to make supervisors super resentful.

Ugh! If that happens at my Agency, I will feel sorry for all my SES. I foresee a lot of happy hour kvetching over beer/wine in my future.

And then when the supervisors inevitably leave, hiring for fully in person is gonna get a lot harder.

Looks like ppl protected by the union won’t be returning yet. Hope that’s true of all the other agencies too.

Hmm, we are similar type agency and our CBA is also not strongly worded. Gives me hope.

Join the union. You should thank them for this.

How are they getting away with that?

Federal Reserve full return to office starting Monday which they haven’t fully announced yet. Great leadership. EO’s don’t even apply to us. People are going to be jumping ship fast.

You serious?

spouse is employed at the board and has been remote for 10 years. We live over 90 miles from DC. They have not gotten word yet on what to do next week.Maybe they could use a desk as a reserve bank that is closer to us, but they would just be doing exactly what they do at home, at someone else's workplace (which is mostly talk loudly on zoom).

Your situation is not unique. This is many people at many agencies.

I’ve been in the office doing almost exclusively virtual meetings for years. That’s what most of us do in the office.
