If the Yellowstone volcano erupted tomorrow it would cool things off real quick.

Would take out most of North America but earth will cool by 10 degrees maybe.

That volcano is still active and last erupted 630k years ago - we may get lucky and it will pop off pretty soon.

Yes, we know that there have been massive climate changes - millions of years ago when things like volcanic activity or comet strikes happened. What we're talking about is the increasing pace of climate change directly attributable to non-natural - i.e., human - causes.

This one is really enraging people in CA. There was a family sleeping in their car outside a shelter because their pet was terrified of the shelter. When the reporter interviewed the father, he said he was scared and depressed that he heard on FOX News that there was no money to help him rebuild even though he had insurance.
