All you have to ask is “What would incentive more bribery?” That is what Trump will do. Taxing or prohibiting something but then allowing the head of the government to grant exceptions at his discretion is the oldest grift in politics.

A product needs to only have 51% made in the US to be considered Made in USA. They usually assemble the item in another country, then finish it off in the US.

He said the same to Mexico during his presidency- Mexico then sent 15,000 troops to the US border and 6,000 to the Guatemala border.

Trump got what he wanted from Mexico and didn’t enact the tariff.

It wasn't closed. You are simply believing what you are being told without looking at the facts.
