It stood in stark contrast to how CC and BP envisioned and ran the club for years. Ultimately, this, and a number of other factors, drove the two sides apart and the club imploding.
Barca and FCV coming together was like oil and water. Two completely different set of parents and administrative operations. It didn't work at all.
In the long run, FCV will be fine - look at the number of U9 and U10 teams they're able to form. And they do have a roster of good and reputable coaches in the area. Plus, if anyone spends anytime around TSJ, you know how the entity dominates in other sports across this area.
Who are the good and reputable coaches?

He was talking about transparency while being completely not transparent. He did not take questions. He did not let the interim GA director even speak. Bogus line about BC staying remotely. And the compiled post meeting FAQs were total bullshit. The only questions people had were about our communication app? He must really think we are stupid.
TSJ would be wise to cut this guy loose unless they are actively trying to destroy the North program. There are great kids and coaches here that deserve better.
Sounds like the crap that was happening early this year, which drove almost all the GA players away from the club, is still happening. The honeymoon period is over and the season hasn’t even started yet. At what point does TSJ just pack up their tent in the North and try to join up with SYC in springfield?
From an outsider perspective, do you think it’s worse than what other clubs are doing? VDA or Union / Brave or Arlington or NVA aren’t know for their transparency or communication.
It’s not the lack of communication but the incompetence and complete mismatch between what they say and what they do that sets TSJ apart
Ok. I’ll bite. What did they say they would do and didn’t outside of transparency and communication?

Yes, along with 2008, 2009, 2010, 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015.
I see they entered most GA teams in the Loudoun Premier Cup so we will soon see the state of the club.

BC was so uninterested in the call last week, he was obviously on the side of the road in his car, picking his nose, scrolling through his phone. He knows his time is short with this club and they begged him to be on the call to give parents a false sense of continuity.
This is absolutely true. He looked pissed and miserable. Bad for him because I really liked him and that will be my last memory of him: rude and disinterested.
