Fake news! The judge found no credible evidence and took the case seriously. No clear evidence that he was stepped on and state said the pulling of the hoodie was not a concern for them. Should not be terminated and if they do I bet he sues and wins.
The video said otherwise.
Yeah let’s take the word of an article in 360 over a judge who has been hearing cases for over 15 years and went to Harvard. Pretty sure the judge knew what she was doing!

Imagine the outrage of parents and staff if he went back to being a Principal.
We were at Barnsely ES when he was Principal there. Guy definitely had anger issues. I can understand getting frustrated with kids, for sure. I'm a yeller at home, too. But, his yelling was over the top especially for an educator.
I think he should stay in central office. IMO, he seems like he does care, but he also has some anger issues. You can't have anger issues and work with kids. The two don't go together.
Oh please. The kids are out of control now in MCPS. He did a decent/good job at Barnsley when he was principal.
Are you happier with how things are at the school now with the new principal? We had kids at the school when Mr. Winter was there and also have kids there now with the new principal.
Can you give some examples of the ‘telling’ he did that was so offensive?
Without outing myself or my kid, a group of kids were alleged to have done something during a field trip. Nothing that could hurt someone, but just something annoying. He didn't know who did it, so he yelled angrily at the whole class. That's just one example. My kid told me he yelled a lot. And I don't mean yell like because kids are loud so he needs to yell, but like angry yelling.

So Winter is not guilty of assault because they can't prove he actually hurt the child. Yet he did purposefully stomp on the child's foot. He is still garbage

Not your place to make that claim now that Winter was acquitted.
Maybe the AP was garbage. Maybe the parents were garbage.

I’ll bet the family was hoping for a lawsuit as well after proving a track record of abuse. That may be null now.
