Not in any way defending Noem, but sneering at colleges and universities in rural states as degree mills is not a good look for pp. Although leaving college after 4 years is hardly leaving early unless she was a part time student.

Apparently Nebraska does have a program for nest predators--pheasant hunting prime states are the Dakotas, Montana, Nebraska Iowa. Iowa rejected a bounty and the other states do not have them.

Only SD has a governor shrieking about this being a great activity for kids. Surprising she doesn't want to go for raptors as well, but federal law protects those.
