Does it still count as a mass shooting when a few young men get in argument, shots are fired and innocent people/children are hit with stray bullets?

These people who conceal carry aren't trained in how to handle public shootings in the midst of a crowd of hundreds of thousands. I don't even understand WHY anyone would assume so. You don't even need a permit let alone training to carry a gun in MO.


Tell us about the good guys who drew their weapons when the shooting started.
Nobody did. You think nobody was carrying?

The people who are "good guys with guns" in this type of public setting would know better than to fire off into a crowd. This is why the one juvenile was tackled. You don't give any credit to people who CC. You consider them "idiots with guns" when in fact the vast majority of these people know exactly what they are doing.
If guns were legally allowed at this venue, and I have read nothing to indicate they weren't allowed, I guarantee you there were people in the crowd who were carrying. Did any of them try to shoot at the suspects? Nope.


I totally disagree. And my point is thank God nobody else pulled out their gun.

You think nobody was carrying in a state that has Constitutional carry and at a location that was not a gun free zone?
