Ukraine was turning that around before the tanks rolled. The IMF laid out a set of reforms as did others and Ukraine has been working on addressing them. That's why their corrupt attorney general was fired and so on. Ukraine is ranked at 104 for corruption and continues to rise fast. In comparison Russia is much worse, at 141 and continues to get worse.

No, no, no. This is ethically sourced, domestically produced, luxury propaganda. Russian propaganda usually doesn't translate well here. Its either too subtle or too brutal. Trust me, I wouldn't be producing propaganda that complies with all OSHA and EPA regulations if I could just get the good stuff cheap from overseas.
