I would say the conflict is desire for power [Hal] v responsibility to serve [Kate] and
Moral flexibility [Hal] v rigidity [Kate].
It’s not that Hal wants to do bad things, but he very much wants to be the one doing the good things, and he’s much more open to the ends justifying the means. Meanwhile, Kate may find the prospect of serving as VP somewhat enticing, but she’d really be just as happy contributing to the greater good in whatever capacity flows to her.

I’m the one who said the Night Agent was better. They checked all the right boxes after starting with a simple premise with plot twists.
Such a missed opportunity.
I can tell a lot about you just by the bolded comment. Not every Asian woman has to be Akwafina.
Also the problem is that the “hot Black Brit” is styled for TV whereas Kate is deliberately not. In reality he wouldn’t look like that.

She’s supposed to be modeled on Samantha Power so I definitely see the aesthetic. The issue is not how she is styled (realistically) but the fact that everyone else is styled normally - that is to say, for TV.

There is. It’s under the episodes You can also read a recap online, there are many to choose from.
I’m done with the second season but since most of you aren’t I will only say that it was great. I think the whole cast is fantastic and adore Kerri Russel and Rufus Sewell. He is so hot and so funny and so smart. 10/10. Can we stop with the body shaming? Kerri is naturally thin, like Michelle Pfeiffer. People have different body types and none of them are bad. If she put on weight you’d be criticizing her for that. Just stop. Support women.

Janet Yellen and Janet Reno always looked very neat, with done hair. On a fictional show, Kristin Scott Thomas on Slow Horses does low sex appeal + professional and poised very well.
+1. This isn’t about frizzy hair or plain pantsuits (though some posters said it). Kerry’s character doesn’t even seem to shower. By all accounts Yellen and Reno are okay in the hygiene department.
